EXPOSING EVIL: BRINGING LIGHT TO THIS WORLD
A CALL TO REPENTANCE TO SAVE THIS GENERATION
THE REMNANT SPEAKS:
My name is Shelly Winkle, I am not religious but love God. I write Christian Books in obedience to God. I was a people pleaser when I was younger then I realized that I needed to find out what God wanted from me and be a God pleaser. I am not perfect and have flaws and do not always do the right things, but when I know that I have heard from God. I know that I know, I do what he tells me. I have been through various trials. I guess that I never realized going through my process that God puts you through the test before he can use you. The test was painful, and it was not comfortable. I have found that telling people your story will grow your faith. I have also found that if you are willing and obedient you will eat the good of the land. It says this in the Bible.
The purpose of this blog is Education. As a Nurse Educator, a job that I had at one point in my life; I realized that people needed information in front of them to remember things. God specifically had wanted me to take that job and I did not fully understand at that time why but now I do. God wanted me to show people that we all needed reminders in life that we are important and this would help people know how to win this fight that we are in.
You might be asking what is the remnant: I believe that it is imperfect Christian people that love God and want to do his will and stand up and do what God tells them to do.
Faith and action together.
SIN VERSUS EVIL
What does sin look like? Let us examine this: In the Bible, it says that we all fall short.
Romans 3:23: For all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God. Ecclesiastes 7:20: For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not. We will be punished for our sins if we do not repent. It says this in the Bible.
GOD HATES THESE THINGS
There is a big difference between sin and evil. Make no mistake, I know that we must repent of our sins. The following scripture indicates the things that God hates and what Evil looks like to God!
God does not want us to tolerate some of the things that go on in this world. God wants people to repent of these things, but also he does not want us to tolerate the Jezebel-Leviathan spirits that influence people. As depicted below some people can have all these traits operating in their lives. These people will lie to gain power in life, putting people in prison with lies, manipulate for their own gain in every way. Some are so power-hungry for money and power that they will do anything to get it. I call this evil, evil, and evil.
Proverbs 6:16-19: There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brethren.
LEARNING LESSONS
History can certainly show us some things and give us learning lessons. Let us look at the rise of Hitler. Germany tolerated the makings of evil then it became a full-blown evil thing. Hitler manipulated people and they believed the lie, he controlled the media, he found people that would follow him and others had no choice. Evil at its worst I would say. There is a price for tolerating evil, and yes there are different types of evil.
WARNINGS
God wants all people saved and he is a good God. He also gives us stern warnings. The following is a prophecy from Kenneth Hagin: “The scroll was written in the first person, and seemed as if Jesus himself were speaking. I read, “America is receiving her last call. Some nations already have received their last call, and never will receive another,” Then, in larger print, it said, “THE TIME OF THE END OF ALL THINGS IS AT HAND.” This statement was repeated four or five times. Jesus also said this was the last great revival. He went on to say, “All the gifts of the Spirit will be in operation in the Church in these last days, and the church will do greater things than even the early church did. It will have greater power, signs, and wonders that were recorded in the Acts of the Apostles.
JEHU
God is raising up Jehus. Jehu was a man of obedience, faith, and action. He was not perfect in any way, but he did what God told him to do. Jehus are watchmen that sound the alarm and do something about it. Let us examine who Jehu was in the Bible. This is the Bible’s account of how God anointed Jehu to take care of ridding the world of Ahab and Jezebel. 2 Kings 9:1-10: The prophet Elisha summoned a man from the company of the prophets and said to him, “Tuck your cloak into your belt, take his flask of olive oil with you and go to Ramoth Gilead. When you get there, look for Jehu son of Jehoshaphat, the son of Nimshi. Go to him, get him away from the companions, and take him into an inner room. Then take the flask and pour the oil on his head and declare, “This is what the Lord says: I anoint you king over Israel. Then open the door and run; don’t delay!” So the young prophet went to Ramoth Gilead. When he arrived, he found the army officers sitting together. “ I have a message for you, commander,” he said. “For which of us?” asked Jehu. “For you, commander,” he replied. Jehu got up and went into the house. Then the prophet poured the oil on Jehu’s head and declared, “This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: I anoint you king over the Lord’s people Israel. You are to destroy the house of Ahab your master, and I will avenge the blood of my servants the prophets and the blood of all the Lord’s servants shed by Jezebel. The whole house of Ahab will perish. I will cut off from Ahab every last male in Israel-slave or free. I will make the house of Ahab like the house of Jeroboam son of Nebat and like the house of Baasha son of Ahijah. As for Jezebel, dogs will devour her on the plot of ground at Jezreel, and no one will bury her,” Then he opened the door and ran.
God is raising up imperfect Christian people; Jehus to call it out and expose the evil and do something about it. God is calling and has prepared an army of Jehus to do what he has asked them to do. As God did it in the Bible he will do today. He uses people to help people. We must be a generation that holds evil accountable, now I believe that there is no question we must forgive people. It is not an option, we must forgive to make it to heaven but if they do not change we need to do something about it. First, seek God and find out his plan. Great generals study their enemy prior to battle. God says that vengeance is his, but he does not want us to stand up and not be taken over. Jehu believed what he was supposed to do and he did it. I believe that God is restoring President Trump, and he is a Jehu sent to help us. Sometimes people need to see evil and it must be exposed before the light can go forth. Make no mistake American belongs to God and he is going to intervene and help us and God will get the Glory for it all.
REPENTING
Repentance is truly a matter of heaven or hell. Why do some things continue to go on in this world, I believe in our lives there is the personal responsibility of choice. Prayer can change outcomes and impact nations. God gives even the most wicked time to repent. This is evident. God says that he wishes none to perish but he does not want people and nations oppressed. The spirit of Jezebel is rampant in our nation and in the lives of people. This spirit takes away people’s free will. It wants to control and manipulate people. This is witchcraft and very wrong. God calls this evil. God does not want our free will taken from us. Spirits and strongholds blind people to not see the truth.
FIGHTING THE ENEMY
The Bible is specific that we fight a spiritual fight. It says that we wrestle not against flesh and blood. Ephesians 6:12: For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. How do we fight the enemy? The word of God, Pleading the Blood of Jesus over us and our families. Reversing any word, written, or performed curses against yourselves. Praying, and uniting with others in prayer. Faith in action. The following scriptures are very powerful; Mathew 18:18: Verily I say unto you, whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Mathew 18:19: very powerful: scripture: Again I say unto you, that if two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
GOD IS FULL OF MERCY
God is so full of mercy and this is evident by the evil that happens in this world. There are people that do very evil things in this world. There is a point where God will intervene if his people will pray and repent. Scripture says its timing to restore is Gods and vengeance is Gods. This is so true.
God is not looking for perfect people but he is looking for people that are willing. Repentance is key. We all fall short all the time. God is looking for people that are willing and obedient to him. God looks at the heart.
The next scripture can change outcomes in life. 2 Chronicles 7:14: If my people who are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from Heaven, and I will forgive their sin and heal their land.
